Refund Policy

Because Reklama TV provides professional services, refund eligibility depends on service stage. If no work has started, clients may request cancellation within 24 hours of order confirmation. Once strategic review, planning work or production preparation has started, fees already consumed by work performed are non-refundable.

If Reklama TV is unable to fulfil the accepted order, the client will receive a refund for the undelivered portion of the service.

Custom services, add-ons and approved third-party costs are non-refundable once committed.
